I've moved it to the Ready For Review section. I totally understand why
you moved it, its been a long time since I last worked on it, and it
certainly looked like I had abandoned it.

This just reflects our new policy for archiving proposals. I would be
waiting forever to hear back from each author about whether it was OK to
archive each proposal, so instead the burden of proof (of activity) has
been shifted to the authors. ;)
