i dunno why is your reply empty to me :)
However i find solution for this:
In Admin module, i need to name my indexController as Admin_indexController.
Also i changed my bootstrap :
$frontController->setControllerDirectory(
array(
'default' => $base . '/application/controllers',
'admin' => $base . '/application/admin/controllers'
)
);
