Thanks. Eventually proposals will need to be create and submitted. I think we need to address some big-picture questions before getting into the details of any given component.
For instance: - what is the vision/goal? - what means will we use to communicate as a group? - what are the necessary roles? - who will fill those roles? - what are the necessary tools? - what are the necessary processes?
