Hi, Konr!
Yep also glad that AWS services were augmented with this new one.

You can certainly proceed with either proposal and documentation or code.
New contributors are always welcome :)
RIght now I am busy rewriting Zend\OpenId so will not be able to attend
Zend\Service\Amazon for some more 2-3 weeks (that's when it comes to coding,
should you have any questions just let me know and I will try to hit back in
a timely manner).

Make sure that you are up to date with the route ZF2 community is taking
(good place to start is probably
http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFDEV2/Home - you can review
milestones, proposals etc).

Since we have CR Team (http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFDEV/CR-Team)
now, proposals should get enough attention for you to proceed from proposing
to implementing relatively quickly.

Thanks for your interest, I hope you'll be able to sustain it, so ZF2 will
come packaged with SES service.
