I have a dmg containing the fwknop bundle uploaded to http://incomsystems.biz/misc/fwknop-gui.dmg. It was compiled using a mac 10.8, so should be compatible with 10.8 or later. I am very interested to see if it works properly on macs that don't have xcode or homebrew or macports.
