I think I was getting sleepy last night - can't seem to reproduce this
today. And, I see that fwknop-gui is using fko_new(), which sets the
timestamp by default and it doesn't look like fwknop-gui sets it
independently anywhere else (via fko_set_timestamp()). So, I think
fwknop-gui is working great.
