EXTENSION INC uses a lot of FOSS and an amazing place to work for. TrustBearer Labs is FOSS savvy and has a very talented team that was good to work with. Not sure if either is hiring, but both are worth looking into.
I recall hearing that Sweetwater's website was LAMP, but don't quote me on that. There was a post on FW Geek Dinner about them hiring within the last month or so.
