I use Ubuntu on my main work computer, and Sugar on Fedora on OLPC XOs. I
also test Sugar on various Linux distros running in Virtualbox, including
Fedora, Debian, Caixa Magica, and Trisquel. At one time I had a job
documenting embedded Linux at Lynuxworks. I have in the past used many
others, starting with Yellow Dog on a Mac, and previous to that I used
other versions of Unix including Sun and Silicon Graphics products. Today
I started to investigate Sabily Manarat, an Arabic language distribution,
as a possible source for Sugar in Arabic in refugee camps in Gaza and
elsewhere.

During the time when Unicode support in Linux and other OSes was woefully
incomplete, I tracked and collected distros that supported particular
writing systems and language communities. Only Mongolian support remains
incomplete among modern national languages, with fonts, keyboards, and
rendering for Mongolian in Cyrillic but not in the traditional alphabets.
There are of course many minority languages with incomplete support, which
SIL.org is working on.

My current project is Replacing Textbooks with OERs (Open Education
Resources) at Sugar Labs.

But perhaps that is more information than you require. ^_^
