I recently purchased a Macintosh PowerBook G3 laptop on eBay. It did
not come with a power adapter. Someone had told me something about
Lombard and Pismo power adapters would power on the machine but would
not charge the battery. I'm pretty sure, because of its age ('98) the
battery no good, but someday I might want to replace it. I'm looking
for the right power adapter that would work to power on the machine
AND charge the battery (when that day comes). I've seen some on eBay,
but I'm not 100% sure they would work. Could someone please point me
in the right direction? A link to an eBay item would be fine.
Thanks.
Lonnie.
