I believe you can still get RAM chips for the Wallstreet II from  
OtherWorldComputing.com. The price used to be nice. I have no idea  
now as the chips are getting rare. I remember having heating problems  
with the G3 CPU it shipped with. I bought a G4 500 MHz CPU  
replacement (no longer available) that very rarely triggered the  
fans. That thing was my work horse and I just about worked it into  
the grave. These days I use it for sharing media over my LAN via WiFi.
