Yes it is. It's working fine.

I just have a stock install of Safari. No plug-ins or Input Managers
other than the default ones.

I'm not sure of the version number or how to check it, but I
remember that I downloaded it around the start of November.
Btw Youtube loaded in under 30 seconds, even with a 802.11b Airport
connection and heavy flash content.
