The results are in! Here is my log of events:

2:41:26: Safari opened in 7 seconds into Google.com

2:42:00: I google searched the word "Test"

2:42:22: I clicked on a link to "Test.com"

2:42:50: Google searched the word "PowerBook"

2:43:16: Clicked on Wikipedia link and it froze (website loading
stopped but the app was responsive)

2:43:47: Pressed Escape to stop the loading

2:44:16: Tried every link on page. The problems still happened.

2:45:18: Canceled the loading. Typed "Youtube.com" into the Address
Bar. Same problem.

2:46:02: Cancelled the loading. Opened new tab and tried again. Same
Problem.

2:46:44: Opened new window and Google loaded fine.

2:47:55: All pages load fine in the new window so far. Googled word
"test"

2:48:37: Safari takes 85% CPU & 35 MB of RAM.

2:50:22: Clicked on Wikipedia link in the new window and all links
froze on the same page. Opening a new window worked fine again.

I have Concluded that the current window open of Safari is only
stable for around 1-3 Minutes. btw, Safari never used to take that
much CPU usage. Hopefully this can help anyone with this problem!
