Serving within seconds on the home network as pismo.lan.

Setting up router dead easy, thanks to its 'choose a service to set up
on this 'puter' feature. Now serving outside world at http://
my_IP_address

Finally got around to this. Once I'd read their instructions, dead easy.

Pismo is usually more awake than I am!

Seriously, huge thanks to you for the advice, and to dyndns (and OSX
and apache) for making it so easy.

cheers
