Subject: Yo-Yo Power Adapters & Delta Electronics "Generic" Pwr Adptr - G3s
Date: Wed, 9 Sep 2009 16:17:05 -0700

I've now been through enough of the Yo-Yo power adapters to know that if I keep
doing so, then I myself, but be a Yo-Yo. They're not really made for any kind
of daily use on the road so to speak.

So, I guess that this has become evident as is suggested by the appearance of a
generic power adapter from Delta, the same company that makes the Yo-Yo for
Apple. I'm assuming that the Yo-Yo's shortcomings have been addressed as to its
frailties and it's seemingly early/premature demises?

Is this fix correct? Making a switch yourselves. Are there other power adapters
that a up for the challenge - that have staying power? The the one that
proceeded the Yo-Yo? Was the Yo-Yo a designer item? Or was it solving problems
with the older one other than that of unplugging it at the wall only to have
the battery discharge?

Any good models after the Yo-Yo convertible backwards?

I need some direction to help stop making the same mistake over and over and
over etc.
