Hello, how much RAM do you have in there ? I have 550G4 Pismo and I am
OK but with 512+64 RAM on Tiger I feel a bit short (I run cpu monitor
in the dock with memory showing and it uses up the green too quickly
for me but my Desktop with 1GB hasn't yet got there). Also I put in a
couple of hd upgrades, going from 20GB to 40 and then to 80 also
doubled the speed of I/O each time. Yes the difference was
noticeable.
I would try a 900 myself if I could get it, even sticking with Tiger.
I should probably grab at least another 256MB ...
