No, not really. There hasn't been any update in a couple years. You
can still download it, but version 3 requires powerpc and version 4 at
least panther (or maybe tiger).

help how ? he won't be fixing any bugs I think.
even with powerpc vs intel I had trouble getting a bug investigated on
tiger with icab 4 recently, he said "I don't have that machine" which
is getting to be typical these days.

correction : "discontinued"=updates stopped, for Jaguar.
