Well, the version I used uptill last week was 4.2.5 from September 2008. Still works very well on Panther and Tiger Macs. The latest version, iCab 4.7 from 10.10.2009, comes in 2 "sub"versions: 32 Bit for OS 10.3.9 <-> 10.6.x (G3, G4, G5, Intel) AND 64 Bit for OS 10.5.x <-> 10.6.x (G4, G5, Intel). I haven't tested the 64 Bit till now but the 32 Bit runs very well AND very fast on my Sawtooth, DA and QS'02 under 10.3.9 and 10.4.11. And on <http://www.icab.de/dl.php> you can find all older but still working versions for 68K <-> Intel and OS 7.5 <-> 10.5.x , besides the iCab mirrors and other downloads.
