This will then copy the folder and its contents into iTunes, and add the music to the Library index. 5) Quit iTunes. 6) Re-launch iTunes. iTunes will remember the previous library location (in this case your memory stick). 7) Verify which music is in your library on the stick and quit iTunes. 8) Eject your memory stick and re-launch iTunes while holding down the Option key, and pick the library on your iBook. If you forget to hold down Option, iTunes will prompt for the library location if it can't find the previous library. 9) You can now delete music from your library on the iBook, if desired. Questions: What happens to playlists? Do you have to recreate them in the new library? What about syncing to your iPod? I don't have an iPod, so have no experience. What happens to cover art? Do you have to re-download it all?
