At the very least it should work with WEP, it should also work with WPA-PSK. I"ve got a similar Netgear at home and it works with my G4 with the same airport card and it worked when I had 10.4 on it.
And if the router offers "Auto 108 Mbps" I think that makes it a 802.11N router.
