It's a partitioning error of sorts. If it's not bothering you, i.e. you have the space of 80GB I'd say let it be. Otherwise, you'd have to repartition the drive and you could use Disk Utility to do that. I think you could repartition with the same HD you have your OS on. Best to start from scratch; reformat and repartition.
