Hi all,
Since upgrading to Adobe Reader 8.2.1, with all the problems for Indesign, AR now insists on having my password at each load. If I hit Cancel AR says it is unable to run - "invalid password or username".
Anyone have this problem, know why it happens?

Maybe not a real help but dump the Prefs (plist) for AR in the User > Library > Preferences. That does not work or reinstall AR, both have worked for me in the past when dealing with wonky Apps.

Good Luck

Mark,
I did try that route without success. I have now deleted all I could find for AR and reinstalled 8.1.2 from the Adobe CS1 suite. I will probably creep through the upgrades, testing as I go. If I hit the problem again at least I will know how far to backtrack, and what to task Adobe with.
