Considering everyone over 40 actually held and played with mercury in
science class in high school and the same people opened and closed pure lead
sinkers while fishing, the danger is over hyped.

It is still there but sending people in hazmat suits in to clean up a broken
mercury thermometer is stupid, just call in someone over 40 they seem to be
immune to short term contact with mercury, otherwise all of us over 40 would
be dead my now.

Is lead dangerous, YES, is mercury dangerous, YES, but not to the extent we
are lead to believe it is today, another good idea gone to the extreme by
those who want to protect us from ourselves.

Open up your computer, work on it and just don't lick your hands before
washing them and there is absolutely no chance you will get sick or
contaminated by the components inside. Pismo's are easy to work on and you
can get great satisfaction from making them run again, so dig in and enjoy!
