Hey Albert ~ this is a tough problem I've faced in repair jobs from computers to car engine rebuilds. What you need: -a well-fitted phillips screwdriver -determination -patience of Job If your screwdriver is even slightly too pointed or oversized you're just going to strip out the heads. Smaller and blunt is best. Wait to work on it when you're relaxed and focused. Hopefully you can get some of them out. If you have one or two that won't budge you can - carefully - use a dremel to drill the rest out. I can't stress having the right screwdriver enough. I have several made for laptop repair. I often go through them all looking for the one that won't chew up the screw.
Good luck!
