I recall that there was a program that would change a resource in jpgs so that OS 9 would show the image preview in, not only Finder, but in dialog boxes and the Appearance control panel. I got it working once, a long time ago, but now I cannot remember how I did it. Anyone have any idea what would allow this behavior? I'd like to be able to change the desktop image without having to guess what the image is via filename.
