This question wasn't about multiple libraries, it was about changing the 
location of the media files, and that option has been around much longer than 
iTunes 7 (I can even do it on iTunes 1.1 in OS 9). iTunes is constantly 
shifting the locations of certain options around, and since I'm running iTunes 
10 I'm not sure where it would be in iTunes 4, but it should be somewhere in 
the Preferences.
