So I found someone who has an iBook G4 and have asked if I can rent it
to install OS 10.4. Waiting for a reply. Following your instructions
can I install iit over my old system? Also, if I can not get my hands
on an iBook G4 would you please more about how to "change the model in
the firmware? Is there a downside to doing this? Do I need to switch
it back? As another possiblility I have a large external firewire hard
drive. Would you please explaing more fully how I can follow you
instructions? Peace. Anand
