One of my Wally's has a problem with booting on the battery. It wont
boot on the battery, but as soon as I boot on AC and then I
disconnect the adaptor it runs fine and I can do restarts but when
trying to boot from a shut down it's dead till I jump it with the
adaptor, I've checked the PRAM battery and it shows 2.9 and 5.8
volts. the battery charges OK in either bay. So does this sound like
a voltage regulator/PMU board?
