I need to know if a mother board with a model number of 820-1014-A is

I have an extra 820-1014-A board but I'm not sure if I took it out of
a
Wallstreet 233 or a PDQ 233 and I want to use it in a PDQ 266.

The model number on the board is of little use. Better to note the
serial number on the edge of the board near the PC card slot.

The serial number turns up no info? Can it be too old to appear on the usual sites? *QY9030H2DW701 TAIWAN 4MPDQ SUV, so i guess the PDQ says it's a late model 1998?

Not sure what you mean by "turns up no info" but with the serial number you can determine compatible processor cards. You need the appropriate service manual (I have a .pdf around somewhere, but I am out of town for the week) or I could look it up. The critical part of the serial number is the "DW7" portion. I believe that is a later version (PDQ), though I would need to look it up to be sure.
