I have a Firewire Clamshell 366. It has 320MB RAM. Today I pulled it out to install TenFourFox and test it out. It works fine connected to RJ45. However, when I tried to use the internal Airport card, it doesn't detect any signals. I'm using a Linksys wireless router with DD-WRT firmware. It's probably less than 5 feet from the router and doesn't see it or any other wireless networks. My 3400 with the Orinoco Gold card connects just fine. I'm a Linux guy, but very few of the diag commands in Terminal seem to match with OS X. I'm running 10.4.11 fully updated.
How do I diag the card? In linux I have tools like iwlist, ifup, ifdown, etc. Thanx -- You received this message because you are a member of G-Books, a group for those using G3 iBooks and PowerBooks (we run a separate list for G4 'Books).
