then, since the printer is postscript 2, if you are printing from OS X 10.5 or lower you're fine, with higher OSs you need a Mac with OS X 10.5 or lower to act as a bridge. I have a PLW NTR and it works flawlessly in my environment made up of OS X 10.8 and even OS 9 and lower Macs. I can post detailed instruction on my web page if you want, Beware that old cartriges have bad wiper blade and after a few prints they start showing gery vertical bands due to the toner not completely removed from the drum. A rigenerated cartrige, not easy to find, is better.
