Yep you already did those diagnostics them. Sound card/DC board it is.

Since you now know you have an issue with the sound/dc card, I'd hold off on 
the others until you fix that. However, the other issues I mentioned are 
completely expected for batteries of that age.

Well, we spent $7k, all told, on vet bills for a dog we got for $45 from the 
shelter (in our defense that was for knee surgery and cancer treatments 6 and 
10 years later, so it's not quite like your Pismo...)
