Hi

Another alternative, which I used on a TiBook once.

Two small dots of male sticky Velcro or hook and loop fastener on the top two 
corners of the screen and the corresponding female sticky Velcro on the edges 
of the palm rest, on the white rim of my TiBook.

Not and ideal solution, but a solution nonetheless.
