Hi everybody,
I'm having a rather big problem with my Que! FireWire CD burner (8x4x32) in
that it is no longer recognised by the system, no matter what I do. I was
happily burning CDs only yesterday, and then, this morning - dead as a dodo.

The power's there, and of course turning it off and on again does nothing.
Nor does shutting down, or restarting the computer x number of times.

Apple System Profiler cannot see the drive, nor can iTunes or Toast Titanium
5.1, although strangely iTunes says that it can detect it in it's "CD
Burning" prefs panel, but fails to burn the CD when asked with the standard
"CD software/drive not found..." Toast doesn't even do that.

I'm running OS9.2.2 with the latest firmware and firewire (2.8.5) on a pismo
400 with 192 RAM and a 20gb hard disk. I'm also going mad.

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give! I seem to remember having
a similar topic come up a couple of months ago, but I didn't save the posts
so could someone paste the relevant bits up again?
Thanks again,
Sam
