Look David, Please read the posts online. Some people have been waiting since December of last year. What does that tell you? This is not just a small company trying to do "good"., I don't want to get into this but there's even more than you know. I know this because you wouldn't even be trying to defend them if you knew the latest. I know they have been quick to replace for some resellers, but I have a list of people that have been waiting months, including myself. BTW: I got my replacement and it was bad as well. They seemed to recognize the problem too.
