I appreciate Dawn's response and I appreciate the post on the list. Too many
times things like this happen. Smalldog has always bent over backwards to help me
and I've never had problems -- even with garage sale products. Before Christmas I
had ordered a refurbed LaCie firewire drive from them. It was supposed to arrive
before Christmas but UPS changed the delivery date during the week. I e-mailed
them and e-mail Smalldog. Smalldog e-mailed me back immediately and someone
(Connie?) got on the phone with UPS and had the drive back on the plane and it
was delivered the next day.
