Shawn has the point exactly.

As much as I loved my prior NewerTech products, and advocated the 
company, until they make good on the $100 rebate they owe me (from a 
G3 upgrade sale: item paid for & received, but then they closed 
before honoring the rebate), they'll not see a penny more of my cash. 
I understand that bankruptcy is supposed to allow a company to 
reorganize, etc... but it also gives the consumer EVERY reason to 
suspect the company may not fulfill further obligations.
