No answer here. Just more fuel for the fire. Except it does not happen with all disks, For example, with mine it seems that only one movie - so far - gives me issues. The movie freezes at one point, the same point every time. Yet the movie runs correctly in a standard DVD player( read home top of the TV unit.)
All other movies work properly. To this point. As do audio CD's This happens in both OS 9.2.2 and OSX. ( 40 Gbyte HDD, 1 Gbyte RAM, 500 mhz processor.)
