let me start by "I'm not a lawyer" :-) the $500 threashhold would still be a "state" felony, but if the act crosses states lines (where is this free e-mail site incorporated/housed) then it would be a federal felony. As for the FBI being swamped ... I could put a plug for www.fbijobs.com but I won't ... and no I do not work for the FBI :-)
