I did have a problem installing 10.2 on my Pismo, but it wasn't because of my 768 ram. When I got to the point of choosing a drive to install on, there were no drives listed. I called Apple and the tech had me press that tiny button in the back. That did the trick. On my next install attempt my drives showed up and I installed successfully.
