If your clients are having that many problems with Entourage, making you that much money, then they are doing something seriously wrong, or you maybe you are if you are the maintainer. All email clients are pretty much equal, and each one fits a niche. You just have to decide which one is the right one for you and your situation. To try and dissuade someone (even your clients?) because of an opinion you harbor is very unprofessional. I have used Eudora for over a year. I have used Entourage for longer.
