Hitting those "click here to remove yourself" links are the worst thing 
that you could do. Yes they are "supposed" to have them on there, but 
they really don't have to. 90% of spam mail that has that link in there 
email is not to really take you off their mailing list, but to confirm 
that your email address is a valid one. People that reply to them are 
just letting the spammers know that they indeed have a working email 
address, and spread it around to even more spammers.
