Couple that with the upgrade costs to buy the application software when making the jump to MacOSX, now that that the OS is reaching the point when we can consider dumping 9 and its aplications, your talking some really real money. This has been my bone of contention all along. Given its cost, I'm sorry to say that both Jaguar and .Mac are both too far down my priority list. Oh, and by the way, I bought a new ibook in May for my daughter to take to college. And I talked by neighbor into doing the same for his daughter. They're both running 10.1.5 with no .Mac.
