I actually have an answer for this. I bought an expansion bay hard drive kit from MCE. I put the old hard drive in this kit and now I have two hard drives. I run Retrospect for back up and have an automated setting that backs up all of my important files every night. I then leave the expansion drive at home and I have a safe back up.
