Yeah that's what I'm talking about. I think I heard it called the 
heatshield so I just called it a heat sink for some strange reason. But 
yeah it's that silver shield over the RAM slot. That screw seems a 
little tight for  pliers. I've tried but it keeps slipping. I dont want 
to break anything in there by slipping so I've been going about it very 
gently. But where can I find replacement screws for it? I dont presume 
I'll want to put them back in afterwards though. They're so small 
someone's got to have lost one or had to replace one before.
