RE; voltage filters and transformers can be OK for controling spikes or rises in voltage,Im thinking perhaps drops in voltage may be the cause of signal loss at the base station antenae? the easiest way to tell if you dont have a meter,is plug-in and incandesant light bulb fixture to that outlet and see if it dims during use.could even be a bad pluggin socket or bad transformer brick.its going to be hard to spot except when its actually screwing up.hope this helps in your search
