I bought a Lombard from one of the LEM Swap listers, and although it works,
it is painfully slow. It has 64 MG RAM, running 9.2.2. (I have already
ordered more RAM)
I decided to run TechTool Pro on it and booted from my TechTool CD, which
took forever. When it finally booted, TechTool could not see the internal
hard drive. I restarted, and ran TechTool and the System Files check failed,
with the result that 'a problem was found with the Enabler file on the
volume" When I look in the Apple System Profiler it says there is no active
enabler. I tried booting from my 9.1 CD; same result. The only drive shown
is the CD. I ran Disk First Aid and it says the volume appears to be OK.

I have zapped the PRAM, rebuilt the desktop, and deleted unnecessary prefs.
I want to do a clean install of OS 9.1, since that is the OS I have license
to, but since the HD does not show up...? Any suggestions?
