yes they will. call apple and find out before you start flat out denying things, with such a matter-of-fact attitude. they charge 50 dollars to transfer your data, should they need to. the other 50.00 you would be talking about is if you are out of the phone support time period, and find that it is in fact not a hardware issue. i just went through this with apple 2 weeks ago.
