I disagree. My TiBook took a fall that broke my LCD on my Pismo 2 years ago. What happend? The case cracked. Right in the lower left corner by the battery. The case is designed for a few things: 1) size, 2) heat dispersal and 3) give-way for 'accidents.' I already got the quote on the replacement cover: $275.
