can you tell me how you contacted dell? i still have not been able to get hold of a living thinking person.
also, googlegear is a pain. i have been trying to buy 2 of the hd's, but i live in pr. they state that if you live in pr you have to send purchase to the billing address, but pr is not an alternative in their form! of course, they don't work on saturdays...
