the PowerBook and iBook both have stereo sound, as do the eMac and half the iMacs. I 
think that qualifies as multichannel... unless by that you mean three or more.

I'm told by MacWorld attendees that the new 12" PowerBook has a third "midrange" 
speaker. No one I know got a close enough look at the 17" to be able to tell me about 
it's speakers.
